Should we keep recording invalid or expired store flyers or should we record the most recent store flyer? Or can someone post new materials that are still valid so they can actually be useful for those needing them right now and in the near future?

Please do not record any outdated store flyers as they will not be useful for our subscribers. I am assuming you saw some previous posts with information about different store flyers to read. Since then, Access News has been fortunate to have volunteers commit to adopting these flyers for the long term, and we do not need new volunteers to read ads at the moment.
If you are still interested in reading, I can send over a digital newspaper with reading guidelines. Let me know!

Attached is a paper. Each paper can be a little long, but there is no deadline to finish. We ask that you make one recording for each article, also stating the publication name, edition date, and author of the article at the start. When you are finished with recordings, you can upload to 
upload and let us know your volunteering time!

Should I do all 295 pages before requesting new material? And what should each recording be named?

Yes, please complete all pages of the paper. I know it is a very long paper. A lot of the content is taken up by very large photos or time sensitive information you can skip. We offer a bit of flexibility in naming recordings, but having the newspaper name and article title would be most helpful.
