1. How to read this ad?
Step 1. Record a header (1 recording)
One audio recording with the following information:
- Store name
- Dates the specials are valid
- Date of recording
Sample text:
“ACE Hardware’s Gift Guide. Specials are valid from May 28th to June 25th. Recorded on May 28th..”
Step 2. Record the flyer page by page (1 recording per page)
TIP
Every page ends with a small print announcing the page number and the name of the flyer:
A recording for a page will include the following:

Page number
e.g., “Page 7.” -
Short summary of items on the page
e.g., “gardening, camping” -
Items listed on the page (See section 2. How to read the items.)

“End of page.”

Repeat the above steps for each page. For example, if the flyer has 16 pages then you should end up with 17 recordings (1 recording for each page plus the header recording in Step 1 above).
